Not finding a song title to match this from the side I didn’t paint on I did some research to see if there was perhaps a better one on the other side of Half a Sixpence. Instead I learned this is a musical comedy based on H.G. Wells’s novel Kipps: The Story of a Simple Soul about an orphan who unexpectedly inherits a fortune, and climbs the social ladder before losing everything and realizing that you just can’t buy happiness.

This is the last of my snowy series. Spring is trying to break through, but I heard we may get snow on Sat.. Hope the weather channel is wrong!
