Meaning “flower of the lily” this was the second watercolor in my Christmas set last year. As I have the tendency to give my artwork away to family, I then miss seeing them on my wall and need to get around to making prints for myself. Prepping for prints has been my task for this week. It has been more work than I realized to resize each one for standard frames and on the canvas prints to get the painting to wrap around the sides. I’m going to visit my sisters next week and took orders of what they want, and the deadline is helping me get it done.
