This was inspired by my trip back east and the onset of my favorite season, fall. Since I don’t get to enjoy a fraction of its full brilliance out west, I made it the focus of my next few paintings. I also realized while I was with my mom visiting a gallery in Naples (scouting pricing) that I don’t have many paintings of the lovely upstate NY. So here goes..

yes, sorry i was trying to make it to the city but ran out of time. i joined my nieces for “grandma camp”. i should have invited you to come upstate! (yes it does exist)
